Fairy roses have hundreds of blooms that appear on a virtually foolproof shrub. It has been popular
since 1932. Fairy roses have spreading pyramidal clusters of blooms and have leaves that are disease
proof. They generally grow from 3 to 4 feet tall and wide. The great shrub qualities and appealing blooms
make this one of my all time favorite plants. Below, are photographs of the most common available.

Carefree Beauty roses have an open bloom and is light Rose Bengal color which ages
lighter. The pleasant fragrant flowers are followed by round-ovoid orange hips. The plant is
vigorous, bushy, well-clothed with large, leathery dark green foliage. Carefree Beauty roses can

blooms. It has deep green, glossy leaves with a rich maroon fall color and lots of rose hips in the fall.

demanding Roses to grow. It blooms prolifically and maintains its neat, compact habit even if you don't
have time to prune it. Carefree Wonder gives you spectacular bloom from spring until frost. Vivid, rich

Drift roses are one on my favorite shrub rose. They put out more flowers over the course of a season
than any type of rose that I have seen. They are on the smaller side, when it comes to shrub roses, but
over time the can grow to almost 3' high and 4' wide. The colors are magnificent!
